5 Steps to a New Ikea Kitchen

Step 1: Planning service (homeowners can choose to do their own measuring and planning)

- We meet with you to discuss your ideas and requirements and to find out what services you need and want. We are expert cabinet installers and a full service remodeling company, which should make it much easier for you to get your project done.
- We inspect your kitchen and take all required measurements.
- Our Ikea kitchen expert plans your new kitchen. We consult and revise as needed.
- We provide you with 3D drawings and an itemized list of all the Ikea parts, with prices, that you will need. You simply take these to Ikea to place your order.
- We provide you with a detailed installation estimate.
Step 2: Placing your order
- You place your order at IKEA and request a delivery date.
- You schedule your installation.
- You receive delivery and inspect it to ensure everything is there as ordered. We can help.
Step 3: Demo service
- Demolition: Remove any existing countertops, cabinets, fixtures, and/or flooring. Move appliances.
Step 4: Installing your kitchen
Pre-Installation
- Floor preparation, if needed.
- Wall preparation, if needed.
- Plumbing and/or electrical work can be done at this point
Installation
- Cabinet assembly and installation
- Countertop installation (We install Ikea and other brands of formica, laminate and butcher block-type wood countertops only. For granite and other heavy material countertops, we will coordinate with your countertop company because your base cabinets need to be in place for the countertop template to be made.)
- Appliance installation
- Sink and faucet installation
- Accessories installation
- Light Fixture installation
- Flooring installation (can be done before or after cabinets are installed)
Step 5: Project completion
- Final touch up, cleanup and completion!
